Leader Launchpad Accelerator 2023
The Leader Launchpad Accelerator is a learning opportunity for school-level leaders and their colleagues who were not able to attend our spring Leader Launchpad series and are interested in designing team-based model pilots for AY23-24.
Who its for: School-level leaders and colleagues Format: 1 virtual session Cost: $200 per personParticipants in this professional learning event will begin to:
- Identify launching teams for each pilot school
- Set a vision for how team-based models will deepen and personalize learning for all students
- Create a draft of your master schedule that prioritizes co-planning time for the core team
- Draft a plan for how you will use your existing space for AY23-24 pilots
- Draft a plan for how you will create shared rosters and provide access to formative data for teams to support learners
- Draft a communication plan for engaging your community
