Join us for an in-person, three-session workshop series that equips lead teachers with a set of tools and processes that can be used as they lead Next Education Workforce team-based models.

Using the Next Education Workforce elements-aligned team instruments as a diagnostic, each session is unique and based on the interests and needs of participants. Session dates: September 19, 2023; January 23 and May 7, 2024.

  • Navigating team dynamics
  • Supporting data collection and progress monitoring
  • Building change management capacity
  • Cultivating productive conflict
  • Supporting team-enabled learning design
  • And more!
 

This is an in-person, three-session workshop series on September 19, 2023, January 23 and May 7, 2024 from 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. each day

Current lead teachers on teaching teams.

The sessions are in-person, and will be held at The Studios @ Mesa City Center, located at 59 E 1st St in Mesa, AZ 85201

The cost for this event is $400/person. Payment may be made via credit card or check when completing registration. Lunch break provided mid-day: please plan to bring a lunch or visit a nearby restaurant.
